Rebuilding trust in the forecast
A planning model had grown to dozens of web forms that only one analyst could navigate. We restructured the dimensions, rebuilt the key forms for business users, and documented the calculation logic.

How quickly can you start?
Most engagements begin within one to two weeks of a scoping conversation. For urgent issues — a broken integration, a close that is at risk, an administrator who has left — we will tell you honestly whether we can help in days rather than weeks.
Do you work alongside an existing implementation partner?
Yes, and it is common. Large partners are usually engaged for a specific project with a defined end date. We cover the gaps around that — ongoing administration, incremental improvements and the request backlog that accumulates in between.
Can you support a platform we are already planning to replace?
Yes. Keeping a system stable through its final year is a legitimate and often under-planned piece of work. We also help teams compare alternatives and assess migration effort without a sales agenda attached to the answer.
Do you offer ongoing support or only projects?
Both. Some clients engage us for a defined piece of work, others keep a monthly allocation for administration, enhancements and questions. The support arrangement is sized to your actual demand rather than a fixed package.
How do you handle access to our systems and data?
We work under your access controls, in your environments, with the least privilege needed for the task, and we are happy to follow your security review process.
What does an engagement cost?
Defined projects are quoted as a fixed scope and price. Ongoing support is billed monthly against an agreed allocation. Either way, the number is agreed before work starts.
